Guess what: I finished all the blocks for Music Bloom!
Wohoo, I surprised myself.
Wohoo, I surprised myself.
Had to do some ripping to eliminate some fabrics that suddenly didn't fit any longer,
but now I like the final result - have a look:
I also finished the final block # 12 of the jelly roll sampler quilt along:
So here are all JRSQ blocks -
they still need sashing though,
but I am on time!
Still working on some Circle Around quilts, but nothing to show yet.
Hop on over to Judy's place to see other beautiful design walls.

These quilts are both so great. I think your color choices are great and they look wonderful. Is the music in blook in it's final layout? I like just like it is. The jelly roll you picked it so great, happy and snappy.
ReplyDeleteWow, I think both your quilts look great.
ReplyDeleteWow, you have been busy! I love the punch from the gold fabric. Isn't it great that we have such a close relationship with our seam rippers!?!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how some fabrics need to be removed as a project progresses.
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Your quilt-a-long blocks are wonderful too!
I saw your 12th block on Flickr last night-very nice! can't wait to see it together!
ReplyDeleteI love the Music Bloom! Ahh..one more thing to feel guilty about...I only have about 6 made of my JRSQ..maybe next week!
ReplyDeleteLove the colours in the Music Bloom quilt.
ReplyDeleteLove both.... Quiltalongs are always fun and motivational!
ReplyDeleteI love your blocks. I have started sashing mine this morning after I posted my design wall photo. I am looking forward to see how yours turns out. Great fabric!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on both quilts. You've been busy!
ReplyDeleteOhhh, I am liking that final block going in there at the top! LOL.
