There hasn't been much sewing going on this week, but also no fabric was added. Somehow I switched to knitting for a while and got some socks finished and tried the spiral sock approach. And of course I have been working on the Quilts for Kids project - and that was never even added to my stash. Furthermore I have been washing flannel for the Project Linus Blanket Party next weekend - that will give my stash busting a good 'kick'!
So for the moment the stash report is the same as last week:
Week 9/ 2010:
Used this week: 0 yards
Used year to date: 40.25 yards
Added this week: 0 yards
Added year to date: 24 yards
Net used in 2010: 16.25 yards
Fitness Report week 9 / 2010:
Activities: 3 x cross country skiing on Paint Creek trail
1 x walk on Clinton River trail
Total Cardio: 4.5 hrs
I may be the only one that is happy for the snow we got, but I just love to do an hour x-c skiing after work, beats every fitness center activity in my eyes. So I'll try to squeeze it in as often as I can. Talk about a high cardio activity - I am expecting my heart rate monitor to blow soon...
I hope you had a successful week stash concerning and maybe fitness wise as well.
Please check out the stash reports on Judy's blog Patchwork Times!
Got to go skiing - again,
Barb
Our stash numbers are very close. Good job not adding but even better on the x-c skiing! Wow!
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed with the skiing! Maybe Wii fit will develop a program so that I wouldn't ever have to go out in the cold. LOL I've been on a knitting kick too. It's addictive. Have fun with the Project Linus Blanket Party!
