Foot prints

While in West Michigan I visited the Silver Lake Dunes.

What an awesome place, especially after the season is over and almost nobody else is around. It felt as if I was visiting a desert - and the only thing I left behind were my foot prints.

Driving further North along the lake shore I ended up in Frankfort for a nice break at the beach and a walk to the Lighthouse.

And last but not least: one of several breath taking sunsets. This one was taken in Hoffmaster's Park in Muskegon.


Well, being back at home I had to get re-started again on my exercise program: I just finished the Cardio 1-2 DVD & Abs 100 and hope I can stick to this fitness regimen.
