Blogging while working

It seems like there are not enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do (and have to do). So blogging while working full time seems difficult. I do get the occasional sewing in and of course my exercise program, but then I am running out of time.

Anyways I have been stitching more of the applique shapes of Shadow Garden with more or less success. I am not particular impressed with it, nor will I win a flowerpot, but it has to do. Hm, I may have been cured of any further applique projects in the near (and far) future? And any photos will be no detail photos and I hope the overall impression of the colors will hide the other "issues". So here it is - again and you probably can't see a difference to earlier post, but I just took this photo.Some of the applique shapes shifted slightly during sewing, but it still looks ok. The outline of most flower heads still needs to be stitched and the light purple flowers - everything else is done. A bit of cleaning up of stray thread and that should be it.
That's my plan and I am sticking to it. I guess the applique technique might be another one of my "not enough patience" opportunities...
