Design Wall Monday

Well, I can't believe it's been over a month since I last posted.

You know how it goes:

Life,

travel and

a quilt guild challenge quilt that can't be revealed

have kept me from blogging.

Let's see how I will adapt to the new blogger template...

The moment I saw Anna Maria Horner's Patchwork Prism quilt,

I was in awe.

Then I came across the quilt along

hosted by Sweet Diesel Design

and that was it.

Since then I have been contemplating fabric,

cut a few triangles in the evening,

checked out the flickr group for inspiration.

What a perfect (free!) pattern to use some Kaffe fabrics!

I am taking my time selecting fabric -

see how my Patchwork Prism quilt is evolving:

Hopefully soon I will get photos with better light

that show how bright the colors really are.
