BASIC houndstooth

I have been wanting to try a Houndstooth quilt for a while.
And Victoria with BASICs needs quilt.
A somewhat rainy Sunday - what more do you need?
Here is my lay-out.
I am still missing some blocks and
am debating if I should add one different colored "tooth" (?).
What do you think?

    I like the quilt very much and the one odd block sure gives it a pop but maybe someone else wouldn't like it that way. Maybe play it safe and keep it all one color and add a more colorful backing. See you soon!
