Here is a look at the currently finished block for Music Bloom.
The blocks don't really go in that lay-out, but I was running out of room on my design floor...
There are still quite a few of these skinny blocks missing - and most of them are surrounded with flying geese blocks. So that will be next week's task.
I also finished block # 10 for the jelly roll quilt along.
That's it from my end -
Please have a look at other design walls here!
Happy Monday,
Barb
Looking good! I'm not normally into the browns so much, but I like how that quilt is going together.
ReplyDeleteI never used to care for brown, but lately I'm learning to appreciate it. Your blocks are lovely and warm looking. I think I'm going to have to try a brown project now, too! :) Take care, Dianne B. in England
ReplyDeleteLike the browns quilt, reminds me of fall.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteI'm a "brown" girl, so I'm loving these!
ReplyDeleteLove both of them - I like the jellyroll quilt block - nice clean and fresh
ReplyDeleteI am really starting to get into the quilts with blocks of different sizes and I like how yours is looking. Great job and the Trefoil block is so perfect, I am jealous!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors in your sampler(?) beautiful fall! That little green and pink block is cute-what is the pattern?
ReplyDeleteI am very partial to brown tones. I like the musical fabric that you are using.
ReplyDeleteI've seen that feather fabric and wanted to use it in something. Now I know how good it can look!
ReplyDeleteI love the browns. But I have noticed that a lot of people don't. Hmmm......well, just more of them left for me!
ReplyDeleteglen: Love your brown blocks!
